Wet Oxidation of industrial waste effluent: Papeteries du Léman, Thonon France

  • Wet Oxidation installation for processing the effluents from the production of 600’000 t/year of high quality paper pulp.

  • Processing of 2.5 m3/hour of non biodegradable organics and elimination of 90% of the organics. The remaining fully biodegradable residue is biologically post-treated.
  • Process runs with compressed air as oxidant.

o   Laboratory tests for the full characterization of the process

o   Basic and detailed engineering of the industrial installation, including effluent preparation, Wet Oxidation processing, gas cleaning, effluent post treatment (biological process)
